Is it time for a classroom refresh?

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed lately... you're in the right place.

In just 2 days, you’ll discover simple shifts that will bring more joy, ease, and fulfillment every time you step into your classroom.

I'm ready!

It might be time to hit the reset button on your classroom systems if...

You’re spending way too much time putting out fires, constantly running around trying to solve problems as they pop up.

You never seem to get a moment to stop and breathe. There's always something to do—whether it's sorting through papers or helping students find supplies, you're constantly on the move.

You can't quite put your finger on it, but lately, you haven't been looking forward to coming to school. There was a time when you loved your job, but now it feels more chaotic than fulfilling.

When you walk into your classroom in the morning, the pressure of your never-ending to-do list hits you right away.

If you're nodding your head and thinking, 'I can totally relate!'—it might be time for a classroom makeover.

But don't worry, you don’t need to buy cans of paint or start from scratch!

With just a few simple tweaks, you can create a classroom that feels more aligned and manageable.

I need this!

You know the feeling when things have gotten just a little bit out of control?

At home, it's easy to notice when things have spiraled. Maybe you're behind on laundry or that one closet is overflowing. It starts to feel harder to function in your own space. That sense of dread, pressure, and the never-ending to-do list starts to weigh on you. Your classroom can feel the same way—it's kind of like your second home!

And it's so important to notice when things need a reset in your classroom because…

Your classroom is a reflection of you.

Your classroom reflects the energy and needs of your students.

Your classroom is the physical representation of the community you're creating within those four walls.

If your classroom has been feeling a little less than calming lately, it might be because it's not reflecting the kind of environment you want to cultivate.

When our goals for ourselves, our students, and our classroom community align with how the space looks, runs, and feels... something magical happens.

What areas of your classroom could use a refresh to help create a calmer, more joyful school day?

PHYSICAL SPACE

  • You and your students can easily move between areas for different learning experiences.

  • Clear routines and norms in each area make expectations simple.

  • When your space needs a makeover, it’s hard to ignore. Maybe you’re a new teacher with an empty room, or you’ve been teaching so long you’ve forgotten what’s hidden in that one closet.

  • Hitting reset on your classroom's physical space can transform how everyone functions.

ORGANIZATIONAL SYSTEMS

  • Your students can easily find what they need without asking for help.

  • They take ownership of materials, caring for community supplies as part of your routine.

  • You spend less time on administrative tasks because of the systems in place.

  • You have more time to focus on teaching and being present with students.

INTERACTIONS & RELATIONSHIPS

  • Students solve problems independently and with empathy because you've taught them the skills.

  • You’re a calm and confident guide, providing the predictable support and routines students need to thrive.

  • With established systems and routines, you and your students can handle any changes that come your way.

  • The best part? Hitting the reset button on your classroom doesn’t have to be hard, time-consuming, or expensive! (A few simple shifts can make all the difference!)

Once you join the Classroom Systems Makeover, you'll have the framework you need to put all these systems in place in just one weekend!

INTRODUCING...

 Classroom Systems Weekend Makeover

All we need is one weekend to cultivate the simple, efficient, and connected classroom you've been dreaming of!

If I could come into your classroom, I'd help you set up your classroom nooks, organize in a way that works for you and your students, and create the unique vibe you want every day in your little community.

Since I can’t physically be there (I wish I could!), we’ll walk through the steps together inside this mini-course. It’s quick, binge-able, and packed with tools and a workbook to help you implement everything easily.

You’ll have your entire classroom refreshed and ready to go in just 2 days (or less)!

How will we do this?

SECTION 1

Discover what makes your classroom unique, from the overall vibe to the aesthetics and layout of your learning spaces.

SECTION 2

Create a classroom organization system that works for you, from supplies to paper flow.

SECTION 3

Learn how to nurture relationships with students and families, while building classroom routines that work for you and your students.

Everything you need to refresh your classroom systems.

You’re just one weekend away from the classroom you’ve been dreaming of – organized, efficient, and calm.

Imagine a space where you and your students seamlessly move between learning experiences, where routines and norms shape every interaction, and where relationships thrive.

Our Schedule

We call this the “Weekend Makeover” because you can easily complete the learning experience in just an hour or two and begin implementing these systems and routines with only a few hours of setup in your classroom.

Of course, you don’t have to do it all in one weekend – you can tackle it during the week or even over vacation! And you may want to revisit this process a few times throughout the year to stay aligned.

Here's how I suggest you work your way through the material:

Prep Work: Find Your Flow

Get out your classroom planning page!

In section one, you’ll set your intention for your classroom. This will support us before making any decisions about the physical layout and "flow."

We’ll work through this together:

  • Choose your classroom “one-word anchor”

  • Match the vibe of your classroom to your “one-word anchor”

  • Create your inspiration board

  • Think through the functionality of classroom elements

  • Begin to build out classroom nooks with intention

Day 1: Operation Organize

Let's get organized, shall we?

In section two, we will create manageable systems for your supplies and paper flow organization.

We’ll think through:

  • Easy steps to supplies organization

  • How to organize supplies based on your classroom nooks

  • Controlling the paper madness (how to have a system for everything)

  • How to organize centers and misc. materials

Day 2: Heart of the Classroom

Once we've laid the necessary groundwork with our classroom systems, we can move into considering the relationship-building practices and management systems we will use.

You’ll learn:

  • How to put systems into place for family communication

  • How to regularly (and intentionally) build relationships with students

  • How to build classroom routines that work for you and your students

  • What to consider when it comes to management systems in the classroom
